Qualification required

Degree in Engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular year/semester by the Institute/ University), in any of the seven (7) Engineering Disciplines of Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical and Metallurgy.

Salary Offered

The Management Trainees(Technical) will be offered Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000/- p.m. in the pay scale of Rs. 50000-160000/-.
On successful completion of training of one year, the Management Trainees (Technical) will be designated as Assistant Manager in E1 grade and placed in the scale of pay of Rs. 60000-180000/-.

Besides Basic Pay, the Management Trainees (Technical) will also be paid Dearness Allowance.

Eligible candidates must appear for an Online Examination (CBT) to be held tentatively in Jan–Feb 2026.

The Online Exam will be of 200 marks and divided into two parts:
Part I: Domain Knowledge Test – 100 marks, 40 minutes.
Part II: Aptitude Test – 100 marks, 80 minutes (Quantitative Aptitude, English, Reasoning, General Awareness – 25 marks each).
To qualify for GD and Interview, candidates must score:
UR/EWS: Minimum 50 percentile in each part.
SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD: Minimum 40 percentile in each part.
Candidates qualifying the CBT will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and Interview in a 1:3 ratio, discipline and category-wise.

Final merit list will be prepared based on combined scores of:
CBT – 75% weightage
Group Discussion – 10% weightage
Interview – 15% weightage
In case of a tie, preference will be given to:
Candidate with higher marks in CBT.
If still tied, candidate with higher marks in the qualifying degree (B.E./B.Tech.)
