| Senior Scale Stenographer | Candidates should have acquired Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a University recognized by the H.P. Govt. and Must possess the 100 wpm speed in English and 80 wpm in Hindi shorthand and typewriting speed in 40 wpm English and 30 wpm in Hindi. |
| Computer Operator | Candidates should have acquired Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application / Information Technology/ Computer Science or its equivalent or Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University; and Diploma of at least one year duration in Computer Application / Computer Programming. |
| Clerk | Candidates should have acquired 10+2 Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education /University and Should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting on Computer. |
